1 lb. sausage
1 can tomato sauce (16 ounces)
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil crushed
2 cups macaroni cooked and drained
16 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounces cheddar cheese
Brown sausage, drain off
Add tomato sauce, seasonings, water. Cover and simmer for 15 min
In a 2 quart casserole dish layer half each macaroni, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and meat source
Bake at 375° for 30 mins
